Memory files are the instructions your Customer Agent follows.

* **Persistent memory:** Instructions the Customer Agent follows on every ticket, like personality instructions.
* **Working memory:** Instructions the Customer Agent follows only for related tickets, like refund requests or billing issues instructions.
