Parahelp is the platform for building your AI support agent. Your agent uses all your tools to resolve your most complex tickets end to end. The Customer Agent resolves support tickets end to end through your customer channels - email, live chat, and Slack - using your knowledge, tools, and policies. The Internal Agent (also referred to as just “Parahelp”) builds it. You prompt it in natural language. It builds your flows, tests them against your real tickets, and stages everything for your approval.

How you work with Parahelp

You do all of this in tasks, following one loop:
  1. Build. Describe the flow you want in natural language - the policies, knowledge, and tool connections it combines - and the Internal Agent builds it. See Build.
  2. Test. Simulations replay your historical tickets against the draft change, and production tests verify your tool connections. See Test.
  3. Release. Changes ship as releases - reviewed, versioned, revertable - and you set your agent live on your channels: email, live chat, and Slack. Nothing goes live without your approval. See Release.
  4. Improve. Automations watch your tools and your queue. The Internal Agent reports the impact of every release and proposes the next build. See Improve.
The loop continuously improves your Customer Agent. It learns from the tickets it handles, from what your team ships across your connected tools, and from every release you publish. Reviewing Parahelp for security or legal? Start with how we handle your data in Settings → Privacy and our trust page.
